☁️ an idea: if your class has units of content, try creating new tabs to look at one section at a time.
- click the plus (+) next to “class 1 assignments” to open a new view
- select the database called “assignments in list” > “class 1 assignments”
- create a new property by clicking the plus (+) to the right of “type”
- choose to make it a “Select” property and name this “unit” (or anything you want!)
- click your new property on the table header > “Edit property”
- under “Options,” add all the unit titles
- go back to the “class 1 assignments” > click the three dots > unhide the “unit” property by clicking the eye icon
- on this same tab, designate the unit for each assignment
- then, go to the tab you made earlier and select “Filter” (look for the three horizontal bars in an upside-down triangle shape in the upper right)
- choose the “unit” property and your first unit
- at this point, you should only see the assignments for your first unit in this tab
- to make more views for other units, click on the tab > “Duplicate” > “Filter” > “unit” > select the second unit > repeat for all units
